  1. I'd say this isn't really a transformation video for Ronnie because the first picture is simply when he was still a natty. Afterwards he started using steroids (which he was very open about) and achieved his legendary and iconic physique.

  2. When they was young they actualy looked like athlets. After that they started to look like stuffed turkey.I would pick athlet look any day of the week over stuffed turkey look.

  3. I never liked Coleman's physique. It was OK when he was younger and he had a degree of athleticism but once he became older he morphed into a mass monster and it was obscene. Just became a lumbering gastropod. It was size for size sake with no regard at all for aesthetics.

  5. He looks incredible before. These videos motivate me so much. Not because I will ever reach their level. Apart from genetics, its also the roids that aid these massive men to achieve their peek.
These people motivate me to to my best, to never give up, to continue to stive to improve on myself, to learn dedication and discipline, and for this I will forever be grateful.

  6. No way that Coleman had just 85 kg in this video as 27 years old! Because he won the World Amateur Championships heavyweight category in 1991 (when he was 27 years old) and he had about 102-104 kg on stage then. Sorry for my English.

  7. Yes, it's about training hard, but the real story here is how much drugs will they have to take to achieve their goal and possibly get sick or die. Seven BB's have died this past month. How many more have to die, to change the face of Professional Bodybuilding!
