  2. So so true! I've lifted since age 18. I'm 44 now and by no means am a bodybuilder. Lifting and training is my lifestyle. However when started out. I worked with a guy named Demous. Biggest dude I have ever met. We both were usher's that worked out of movie theater smack dab in the middle of a highly populated area. So there was always tension. Specifically Tuesdays at half price 3 bucks!! He would eat 3 rotisserie chickens just like that! I followed and kept my diet clean. Even up to this day. You wanna lift? Then eat! Keep it clean tho. No more BK KFC Mc ds peace out!! Love the video and thank you!

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every weight loss system that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off.
