It was a great baseline for maintaining a leaner look. Well Winter/Off Season is upon us, and the questions are coming in on how to get BIGGER. YOU HAVE TO GET A LITTLE CHUBBY TO GET BIG! By this I mean you MUST EAT! Clean meals, Bigger Calorie meals, cheat once a week, and overall EAT to FUEL your workout! In this video I dive into my current nutrition program. It is not super detailed, it is very simple. Eat good clean whole meals, add in a few higher calorie meals per week, do your cardio, and train like an ANIMAL! Enjoy!
