  1. Remember peeps Yohan is training specific for a sprint athlete and not for bodybuilding. The aims of his workouts would be to build explosive power as well as improve on his fast twitch muscle fibres.
    You notice how he does fast reps and on some of the exercises (leg press for example) he only goes half way which is great for building explosive power.
    Yes his upper half is huge compared to his lower half but having big muscular quads and calfs would slow him down dramatically.
