Measure your progress by weighting yourself in the morning. Weight doesnt really matter as it does fluctuate all the time. Take body fat measurements with calipers. Use a tape measure and measure every part of your body. Take pictures at the same time as last, with the same clothes and with the same camera. Track your progress monthly and then compare your first month to your 4th. You should see and feel a different in how your clothes fit. If not then you arent training hard and your diet must suck pretty bad lol
