Looks like, yes, they do. I tried to come up with my own idea before checking into it. Isometrics, and elastic bands, is what I came up with. This certainly looks interesting. Here on earth, I've tried many types of training, especially when young. After getting older, and out of shape, again, I settled on the Total Gym. Which I really like, because it combines equipment, bodyweight training, and even weights, all at the same time. Giving it a unique feel. Obviously, Total Gym would never work in space.
