| Jacob Heppner / CrossFit |
Jacob Heppner is a three-time individual CrossFit Games veteran with two top-10 finishes and a career-best finish of seventh in 2016. A dominant force in the Central and North Central Regionals since 2014—after an 18th-place debut regional appearance in 2013, he’s finished second for the past three years—he excels at high-volume, long-duration events. Loved for his tendency to turn post-event interviews into stand-up comedy routines, Heppner, a former collegiate football player, is a trainer at Cobra Command CrossFit in Basehor, Kansas, and a project manager by day.

| Steve Gentili / Powerlifter |
A former college football player, Steve Gentili turned to competitive powerlifting after injuries cut short his football playing days. In a short time Steve has become one of the top professional raw powerlifers in the world, boasting impressive numbers in the squat, bench press and deadlift. Steve joined the Beast team after a successful meet in 2015, adding to his impressive numbers in the 275-pound class in 2016. Already one of the strongest bench pressers in the world – using 200-pound and heavier dumbbells for sets of 10 on the bench press – Steve turned in a complete performance at his most recent United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) competition. He squatted 705 pounds, benched 562 pounds and deadlifted 804 pounds for an incredible 2,071-pound raw total.

  2. The powerlifter could probably just eat the Crossfitter!

I do think the weightlifter would have the best odds overall, with the bodybuilder also having a good shot, but I'm interested to see how it goes!

  3. I thought it was actually kind of funny when the Powerlifter was introduced and he was just BEEFED all over, but then we get a glimpse of his calves, and it was kind of shocking.
It's okay though, because I'm a part of the small calves gang too. R.I.P. calves 🙁

  4. Bodybuilder = Good physique and usually good chefs. They’re also obsessed in social media and would have own at least 1 gymshark gear.

Powerlifter = Strength on the big 3 and have that bragging rights at the gym that they can put bench anyone. Anything more than 5 reps is cardio for them. Cheat meal post workout all the time because of PRs.

Strongman = Raw strength that they can pick up whatever shit they want. Would eat whatever shit they want because they’re perma-bulking. They’re giants.

Crossfit = Basically just cardio while bouncing weights that make you look stupid. Women like to do CrossFit because it’s a social gathering like book club or having a meeting.

  5. I'm doing body building, because I'm shallow , i can understand wanting to be fit with cv but lifting to be a strong man seems  crazy, you train sooo hard to be unhealthy to die young and to look awful.

  6. Lawrence is worried about giving everyone food poisoning… Must be a non-verbal Freudian slip going on there because he touches raw chicken and then the spice shaker without washing his hands in between.

Cooking advice, IF YOUR HAND TOUCHES RAW CHICKEN IT SHOULDN'T TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL AFTER YOU WASH SAID HAND.

  7. I gave CrossFit a lot of shit before I started doing it regularly. Even though I’m the youngest and smallest I’m consistently finishing in 1-2 spot. We had a weightlifter join the class and he called me superhuman. Obviously you can get hurt bad and gains wise it’s not gonna help you but it’s seriously good to do for overall athleticism
