  1. Do you get the feeling that the 30 lbs. dumbbell was just a toy in Reese's hand? There's another YouTube video (Drifta Lifta Season 2) where Reese is doing bench presses for SPEED. He worked up to 315 lbs for 3 reps and did them faster than what I can do with my warmup poundages. He was wearing what looked like a PUSH accelerometer to measure his barbell speed to make sure he was going at maximum.
