  1. Is that La Palma in the Canary Island’s? You’re able to fly during this lockdown? As soon as I add cooked fruit to my raw fruit diet I get sinus congestion and headaches.

  2. No offense. But he’s only been vegan 2 years. Talk to me in 5 years. He will lose body mass, became gaunt, and have oral hygiene problems. Humans aren’t meant to only eat veg. I was vegan 6 years, and was obsessed. I read and followed like minded vegan folks. Sound familiar? I will never go back. It also causes mental illness. Don’t fall for it folks. You will lose.

  3. a vegan lifestyle is not healthy or sustainable. Depriving you body and being an athlete is torture. Trust me, been there. done that.

  4. As a vegan, you really dont need to argue that a whole foods plant based diet is "better" for sports performance. The reason i think this is because some people might switch to a plant based diet, call themself vegan but not notice any improvements and just switch back to meat. I think the most important thing to focus on is ethics and just explain that plant based diets are adequate for muscle growth etc. I really dont think its an argument worth having

  5. You guys are totally right – I think a lot of people would benefit from realizing that simply eating a vegan diet doesn't necessarily mean you're eating a healthy diet. You really have to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, consistently. Anyway, as a vegan athlete, I found this super informative and affirming. Thanks guys.

  6. I appreciate this gentleman honestly on the use of performance enhancing drugs. So many “natty” bodybuilders on YouTube setting unrealistic results to their audiences.
