Hey Youtube – It’s been a while!

This is a long one but my twin brother and I decided to do a small observational experiment on vegan bodybuilding. After going 7-months on a plant-based diet, here is a video detailing how I went about transitioning to a vegan diet and what observations / results I had, and my ultimate conclusion.

I didn't know that I was subscribed to your channel until I figured out that I once subscribed to you because of your dance covers haha πŸ˜€ Back then I really enjoyed watching them- brought back some memories of the time when I was a K-Pop addict.:D Since I'm a vegan myself it was interesting to listen to your experiences. After watching your video (I usually never manage to watch such long videos- feel special!:D) I wonder if you supplemented B12.? Inefficiency, immune deficiency and stress can be symptoms of B12 deficiency.

  2. Great video mate. 1 year vegan here, I've been bodybuilding lightly for around 9 months, and taking it a bit more seriously for the past 2 months. I've had great results I think. Mostly newbie gains maybe… but still. Thanks for posting, really interesting
