An ‘intimacy coach’ who can lift coconuts, household objects, and even a surfboard using her vagina believes that vaginal weightlifting can empower women, cure depression and even replace botox. Kim Anami, teaches ‘vaginal kung fu’, and is a believer in the power that every woman holds between her legs. The 36-year-old from Vancouver, Canada, has travelled around the world demonstrating her unique abilities and impressive vaginal muscles. Kim, who now splits her time between LA and Bali, ties a thin piece of string to a jade egg, which she then inserts into her vagina. The other side of the string is attached to the object she will be lifting – using nothing more than her super-strong vaginal muscles.

  1. People laugh!
But human sexuality is the base of all human feeling !
My wife could do this , and in doing it ,could have multiple orgasems
Which led to a very happy home life ! Man or woman are not superior to one
An other they are designed as a working team

  2. Well it looks ridiculous especially since she is doing this in public but since vagina does have muscles it certainly has the potential to improve sex life so props to her.

  3. I see that the most of the negative comments are from men saying she wants attention blabla.. Even if that was true and she do indeed want attention she is still doing something GOOD and beneficial without it having any negative side effects etc (spreading the Word of vagina training) and even so everybody wants some attention and she is showing off lifting surfboards etc to get others into lifting wich is a good thing. I my self dont like when women i sleep with do contracting or what ever you wanna call it use the "vagina muscles" during sex since i get soar and it always becomes way way to tight but it still does many positive things for her and even if she does not use the muscles she will still feel more since bloodflow increases because of the training so the sex will feel better in any case, plus all the other benefits. My ex started doing kegal or what ever and she never "used" it on me or how to express it.. But she felt better down there overall and even thougt she did not use it as stated Before the sex felt more for here even thougt it wasent tighter (without her flexing of course) so why not spread the Word??
