  1. I use to weigh 160 I'm 5'7 I now weigh 155.8 but I'm stronger and more in shape but I want to build a bigger chest and to get my bf below 7% it's at 11 now I do hiit cardio and strength training on separate days any extra tips?

  2. Your muscles are not brains… They cannot be "confused". They may respond to certain movements better than others, but one thing is certain is that the only way to grow a muscle is through progressive overload. That may be progressing in terms of reps done or weight lifted.

  3. Can you keep adding push ups, but keep adding weight by putting weight plates on your back w/ the back pack? Then continue to add weight as they become easier? Will that help in any way?
