They may respond to certain movements better than others, but one thing is certain is that the only way to grow a muscle is through progressive overload. That may be progressing in terms of reps done or weight lifted. Reply Can you keep adding push ups, but keep adding weight by putting weight plates on your back w/ the back pack?
