  1. Is he even doing any of the work?!? His "spotter" is basically lifting the weight for him, his range of motion is so low and any of the weight that he MAY be lifting himself he is bouncing of his chest!
    Just lower the weight!

  2. you have said in a post a while back about lifting. I just wanna correct you in saying there are all kinds of ways to gain strength and mass besides doing 10 reps or give or take a few. Resistence training is actually the best way to gain muscle.

  3. Doing ego lifts for 50 years straight. Impressive, but now had he used proper form he would be much better off. But then again hes not doin bad for a 73 year old to say the least. At least hes still goin at it

  4. the derrogatory comments by these "haters" , are just expressions of either jealousy over an older guy outperforming them, or their knowing full well that they won't be nearly as motivated or accomplished at the same age .. you're "da man", Steve .. keep pumpin' dude … you haters, get a f***in' life .. maybe a healthy one, like Steve's !

  5. the Lord won't put on us, any more than we can handle .. dude , he's probably been doing this since long before you were even a "concept", or your potential sibblings dribbled down your dad's leg — he knows what he's doing ,, leave 'im alone, and take care of your own form and range of motion, which , I would bet, is far from perfect ..

  6. "the Lord won't put on us, any more than we can handle" – That's right, because nobody has ever been injured lifting weights before, have they?
"dude , he's probably been doing this since long before you were even a "concept", or your potential sibblings dribbled down your dad's leg" – What?! Stop fantasizing about what dribbles down my dad's leg you weirdo.
"he knows what he's doing" – He clearly doesn't or he wouldn't be lifting like that.

  7. "take care of your own form and range of motion, which , I would bet, is far from perfect" – As a personal trainer, it's my job to correct people's form. Mine is fine, but thanks for your concern.

  8. dude – just because you show puppies how to "pee on the newspaper", doesn't make you a "personal trainer" .. he owns his gym, has records and decorated accomplishments under his belt, and still doing well @ 73 .. you should hope to do as well, you little sh*t ! ..

  9. Indeed, it is my qualifications that make me a personal trainer, nothing to do with showing puppies how to "pee on the newspaper" as you so eloquently put it.
It is surprising then, with all these accomplishments, that he still doesn't have the slightest clue on how to lift a weight properly…

  10. I trained at Joe Gold's World Gym in So.Cal and elsewhere from 1965 thru now,but during the days of Arnold and Franco..Personal trainer was never mentioned or thought of,so how diid I and all my friends get so big and cut.If some gay dude wandered in with that shit somebody..probably Ken Waller would knock his teeth out.A personal trainer is some guy who cannot find a job. That's all Paul

  11. Can't say I've ever been to Mexico, I live in Australia. Nice attempt though.
"I go to the store" is correct English, my friends and I go to the store would also be correct.
I and my friends go to the store would be incorrect. Although now that I know your American there is really no point in continuing to talk to you.

  12. Glad I stumbled upon this movie. Youtube is great for this type of thing.

My best friend was previously bullied. He explained he was going to get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until out of nowhere he gained 40 pounds of natural muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. No-one dares to bully the man anymore. 🙂

I actually signed up the other day. Not to mention the mans emails are fucking fascinating!

  13. Fine film. Youtube is perfect for this form of info.

My friend had been bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger. I didn't believe him. Then out of the blue he added 40lbs of pure muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. No-one dares to bully the man nowadays. I actually subscribed the other day. Not to mention this mans emails are fucking excellent!

  14. I appreciate this kind of film. Youtube is perfect for this sort of content.

My relative had been bullied. He said he was gonna grow muscles. I didn't believe him. But then out of thin air he gained 40 pounds of 100 % pure muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No-one dares to intimidate the man anymore.

I personally subscribed a few days ago. Not to mention the guys emails are fucking fascinating!
