  1. If you were fasting for 3 days or more, you were in ketosis until you ate the the delicious chicken. Breaking your fast with so much food and so many carbs and sugar after not eating can give you bad cramps and diarrhea because 1 your stomach shrunk, 2 your body was reintroduced to solid foods too quickly, and 3 your body was learning to use fat for fuel (sometimes it gives you the keto flu which also cause cravings, lack of energy, digestional upset and other things). I recommend watching Rob Stuart or Thomas Declur on how to break a fast. Essestinely you should start with liquids (bone broth is always recommended) then move towards small bites of fresh veggies then to a small bit of lean protien and do that with a few hours in between over a course of 3 days. I've been fasting for 5 days now so I'm ready to hit that bone broth but I am deff. Using this recipe (minus the cornflakes because im keto, gonna replace it with physilim husk) it looks soooo good!

    2 tbsp Mayonnaise

    1 tbsp Vinegar

    2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce

    A pinch of Salt

    1/2 tsp Crushed Red Chilli

  3. So im day 7 into this high protein low carb, and i also have a kid, and we eat our meals together so these would be perfect! I wanna make these but im not so sure that it would be good for me to have them. They look too good to be heathy! Im just scared im doing this ALL wrong lol.

  4. I love how you checked if they were cooked after the 2nd piece you ate lol. Probably how you got that food poisoning my guy! I'm guilty of it too though. Can't help but start digging in the second you can. Especially after a 36 hour fast that is some serious fasting. I would be all over anything edible around me after 36 hours of no food.

  5. Huh? While i am sure this tastes great and its certainly not a terribly unhealthy snack, I'm not sure why you would promote this as a low carb recipe. There are 34 grams of carbs in a cup of corn flakes and honey is pure sugar, so even though your sauce is low carb, you literally coated the chicken in carbs.

  6. making them now, sadly I forgot to get the ground mustard and got bran flakes not corn flakes so subbing, It seemed like the 2 cups wasn’t enough for almost 3 lbs I was trying to stretch it to save on some calories so I think next time i’d use an extra 1/2 cup of bran flakes i’ll update once I try them ☺️
    Edit: I’m also using an air fryer so I have the two trays and still have leftover so i’ll have to do one more tray when they’re done
