https://axeandsledge.comhttps://allamericanroughneck.comThe big thing with making sure you are not overtraining, is knowing your goals and knowing your body. It is easy for me to tell you my split, and when I take a day off to recover. But not all of you train like me, and that is just fine! For my split I do 3 days on, one day off, 2 days on, one day off. Based on this split, this gives my body enough time to recover, rehydrate, and rest so I am ready for my next workout. If you are training hard, 7-10 days in a row, your body will be hurting! If it isn’t, then maybe you are lying to yourself about how hard you are training. Most of us could train for a month straight on sheer will and determination, but you will NOT be optimizing your workouts.Everyone is different, we all need different recovery times, and it is all based on our training styles/goals. So give this a listen, and if you take away anything from this video, it is to make sure you are never lying to yourself. Train hard, eat BIG, and DON’T BE A P*SSY!
