Reply @arj3191 hmmm, arj, i see your point, but in my own opinion… what would work best it starting out VERY slow, with no momentum, and on the last reps, get more of a momentum, doing what would kind of represent a drop-set, since you are kinda cheating when you're doing this rapid movement.
