  1. Nice video. I wish I do have that kind of body. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and information on how you could effectively build muscles and loose fats faster. It also concentrates on how you could develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.

If you have never gone to the gym before in your life or haven't done any sport at all, plus you were following a diet based on junk food and lack of macro nutrients, a 13Kg gain of muscle and water in 6 months is realistic…I assume in fact that you put on some muscle in your legs as well (they still represent 50% of the body)…keep it up!

  3. @tommyhaas111 Hey what workouts do you do? i eat as much as i can and do probably my whole body ver the week doing about 3 sets of 10? it hasnt really seen my any gains, and i have been going for around 1 year 🙁 does that NaNo Vapor really help you get the gains faster?   4. @tantra23 you are saying that like if it was easy, are you ectomorph? I'm ectomorph and I go to gym 2 times a week to gain 0.5kg in a Month, thats why I say its impossible. Unless you have a magic formula

  5. @tommyhaas111 Hey man, i'm not interested in your supplements. But what like training principles did you use? Did u just walk in a gym one day and randomely workout for 6 months? Did you follow a program? Did you consult a main source of info before u started and stick to what it told u for 6 months? lemme know, thanks!

  6. @Evocati83 12 years? and you still sound quite uneducated.. that wont all be muscle, alot of that weight would be from growing effects from puberty, shoulders getting wider etc. But those beginner gains if capitalized on e.g proper training/nutrition from the get go it is possible w/o gear

    But, with gear they are poor gains, to be honest.. i went from 58kg to 72.5kg in 2.5months with tri-trenbolone and test450!!

    I think he used growth hormones and may not have stacked them with test either.. this explains the cuts and the poor gains for juicing it..
