  1. Being a dental student i would like to tell you something though it's not good for our own business. So, if ur dentist recommend you RCT its good but if ur teeth was already filled up with materials then it's definitely not a hereditary enamel hypoplasia just buddy take a mouth guard before performing weightlifting to avoid unnecessary pressure that can damage ur already treated teeth

  4. You asked to replace chicken with soya. But downside of it is. You can't consume them much on daily basis.

    I have experienced this personally.
    Too much Soya isn't good for your stomach. I was eating 50g of soya everyday and what I got in return is 25g of protein and along with that shitty bowel movements and a lot of farts which were horrible.
    I gave up after a weak. Soya isn't a very nice option
