  1. I really like this idea and maybe dip it in buffalo sauce. Sweet baby rays makes a buffalo sauce that is pretty low carb and zero sugar.

  2. Loving the food prep and recipe voids. Thanks. Building up the recipes I can use is helping me stay focused on what I eat. It was hard work eating the same foods everyday.

  3. Since R.J. won't answer the question of how many calories are in the recipe I thought I would calculate it for all the people who are asking. 1046.00 for the whole recipe so divide it however you want, but 1/4 lb serving would be about 262.00 calories. Not that low in calories in my book.

  4. I make these all the time for my family. Most of the time I don't even use the eggs. Just rinse in water and straight to the almond flour. My kids don't even know it's not breading. We all love it!

  5. Tried this, taste was good, only problem, the almond flour coating didn’t stick on the chicken even with the egg wash. Not sure why it doesn’t look like the way it doesn’t in yours

  6. But what are you dipping them in? See that’s where I’m wary about adding extra fat and sugar to what is a healthy chicken recipe. Because my inner fat kid wants that ranch dressing and honey mustard haha!
