  1. Gotta say this workout killed my legs on Wednesday @VintageGenetics and I'm still feeling it now on Saturday. I did change the ATX Belt Squats to Dumbbell Goblet Squats. Going to keep this workout in my routine. Keep up the good work with the quality of this channel.
