SHOULDER WORKOUT (not all exercises shown in video):

1. Lateral Raises (don’t strict *straight arms, directly to the side) 5 x 12-15 reps *first two sets warm-up focused *focus on keeping traps relaxed
2. DB Shoulder Press 4 x 10-12 reps (not shown)
3. TRI-SET CABLE BURNER: 4 x 10 reps of each
A. Rear Delt pulls *pulling towards your chest not done like a face pull – keep elbows out to keep tension on your rear delts *not your back
B. Rope Frontal High Raises
C. Lying down cable upright rows
5. Alternating Upright Rows 4 x 10 reps/arm *using the trap attachment – just perform DB alternating upright rows unless you have this.
6. Shrugs *using trap attachments* 3 x 10-12 reps

  1. Regan in all honestly we know you use peds. But clearly can't say it out in open. But as a person being concerned I hope you mean you quit high does of peds and are just using a test base if anything and maybe an light oral or something or even sarms. For your health sake. Now open class is completely different but you can still maintain all of your size on trt doses

  2. Regan you are such an inspiration, seeing you improve and being better version of yourself by the day made me change my perception of time that I have and to use it in the best way.

  3. Be careful of your tendons with antibiotics. Even 30+days off antibiotics study's have shown people having tendon ruptures. Don't want to Jinx ya just something to think about.

  4. Bro get some buddy's and some drywall and finish off that basement, so you can logo up the walls and get some shelfs up for all your products, maybe small studio for webcast stuff. Could be sweet down there! Glad your feeling better!

  5. I quit bodybuilding many years ago(late 90's) 15 years 50"chest 22"arms,,, Woke up one day wondering wtf my life go,,, the regime, the structure,,, don't miss it one bit… Good video tho.
