  1. 1) sir beginners new to gym should workout abs or if we work abs and leave gym later will result in big stomach?
    2) as a beginner should we do pull ups and push ups daily? our coach insist to do it as a warmup daily even though we do not have strength to do 2 perfect pull ups.

    Old school body building me wo log roj 1000 push-up aur 100 squats karte the.
    Doing same I do circuit training at home with Dumbbells.
    As I finish my circuit, I do 200 shoulder press & 200 sumo squats.
    I feel pumped & gr8.
    I don't like doing one body part or two body part.
    I like old school method.
    I do it 6 days a week.
    M I doing anything wrong??
