  5. I had a coworker once that contended Breaking Bad was the best video content ever created (compare to any movie/show/youtube video/etc). It felt wildly controversial at first, but there was a tiny part of me that was like: "damn you might be right"

  6. For those wondering weight-wise, the percentage of the different macronutrients he eats is as follows:
    Protein: 225/(225+75+300)=0.375= 37.5%
    Fat: 75/(225+75+300)=0.125= 12.5%
    Carbohydrates: 300/(225+75+300)=0.5= 50%
    Edit: confused carbohydrates and fat with each other

  10. Just curious… Are your protein sources from pastured, wild-caught, and/or grass-fed and finished animals? Also, why not use local raw honey instead of peach gummies? Or collagen protein for your joints rather than whey or casein? I'm always under the impression that macros are important, but so are the quality of where those macros are found. Also, I don't exactly seeing you eating many dark leafy greens or cruciferous vegetables in your diet. Last thing: have you taken any food sensitivity tests and/or DNA testing to help quantify what foods work best for you?

  13. Doesn’t most fruit have fructose and glucose? If so, why not just eat fruit for pre-workout carbs? What does the starch add? Is it a matter of getting the right proportion of glucose to fructose? If so, what is the optimal proportion?

  16. Guys, burn fat doesn't need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
