  1. I always thought when you do wide grip exercises, arms, back triceps, legs…..the inner muscle of that body part is worked. Same thing for close grip….You work the outer part of the muscle. I thought it applies to back too

  2. I'm really trying to get fit and one of my goals is to do 10 pull ups. One thing I'd say is if you have one use an assisted pull up machine! It helps and you can gradually lower the help until it's all you! Also loose weight ahha it's less to pull up 😉 I've lost 15lb in 2 months just running and doing weights and also eating healthily. Unfortunately there really is no easy option 🙁
