  1. How is that 120 grams every time I see videos like these like dude 25 grams of protein 4 scoops is 100 …or when they say a cup of egg whites is 60 grams of protein like dude it’s 25 to 30 ….

  2. Don’t use JIF, it’s the crap brand and also pretty sure agave nectar would’ve been a better substitute for that stevia crap….This isn’t as healthy as he makes it look, people

  3. Nice dude! I did split them into 12, and used extreme chocolate protein powder. May have added a little too much almond milk, but it did stir and pour much better — we’ll see how it sets. And the chocolate ended up only being a little plop on top. Broke down to 115 calories per piece, just had two, and they’re pretty dang good! Thanks for the great recipes dude!

  4. I can't make this recipe now because I don't have protein powder. I'll have to buy the one you mentioned in the video (I like the ingredients and how it's low carb and low sugar).
