  1. Polydextrose in the jelly. Gotta be careful with the sugar substitutes you choose. I wouldnt reccomend eating more than 50g of it as it seems it can cause a bunch of digestive issues and diarrhea at higher amounts

  3. This sandwhich is no where near as healthy as it sounds. That jelly is SUGAR FREE because it replaces sugar with artificial sweetners (You can see the Splenda logo in the bottom corner). It also contains sodium benzoate and benzoic acid that, when mixed with the citric acid in the food, creates a carginogen called Benzene. And that's on top of the high processing and artificial colouring.

  4. I'm young. very very young… I'm very new to bodybuilding. I'm a girl as well. I'm experimenting with different foods, researching, you know all that. so like, that peanut butter does not seem appetizing to me at all! No offense, bro, you're awesome and you eat what you want, but as a young girl who is trying bodybuilding and doing intermittent fasting, is it ok if i eat just normal peanut butter with only peanuts and jelly with no added sugar with low fat bread. cause like im still growing and i need healthy fats and a good amount of calories, right? im a noob to this lol..

  5. why didnt you bring up the 3 grams of sugar in each slice of bread? total of 6 for all you math geniuses so fuck the sugsr free preserves cause sugar free jist means they used synthetic cancer and diabetic causing artificial sweeteners and the bread itself has lots of sugar

  6. protip, put peanut butter on both slices instead of globbing it on one. You can freeze them and the jelly won't soak into the bread, and they'll be thawed out by lunch time if you take them with you for your day.
