  1. mistakes i'm seeing

    that's cheese product, not cheese
    you're spraying flammable oil towards directly towards a cooking surface. that's a fire hazard even with the pan in the way.
    not centering the heat on the egg whites to cook evenly
    using a brush would spread that oil much better
    it's easier to assemble the sandwich while in the pan so you only have to flip once
    spraying cooking spray near a cooking surface. I don't care if it's hot or not, you're causing a fire hazard again.
    that is not a grilled cheese sandwich. grilled cheese implies the main ingredient in the sandwich is cheese. this one is the ham, as there is no actual cheese in this.

  2. Wouldn't real cheese be healthier? I mean some kind of swiss cheese or if you have the balls "hartzer käse" which has nearly no calories and a alot of protein but tastes like old socks.

  3. Dude, RJ! You scorched the sammich man! Low and slow with grilled cheese, that's grilled cheese 101. Never use non-stick spray it gives the bread a rubber taste. The oil is enough. If you take a basting brush and evenly coat the outside of the bread you wouldn't need all that oil.
    Then you want your pan to be warm (med-low) and let it take its time cooking so you don't burn the bread (like you did). This will allow the cheese to melt evenly and all the way through.

    I love you videos but this one is a doozy! But, hey, room for improvement.

  4. Please change the “let’s do itttttt” yelling part of the intro I get like chills of like cringe every single time. Good videos though, wish Canada had fat free cheese.

  5. Here's a little tip, don't use Pam or nonstick cooking spray, it actually burns up whatever you sprayed with a lot easier. So you're just fine using olive oil, butter, or whatever variations of these two. Hope this helps!
