  3. I love these videos, I train 2-3 hours a day but also am not a sponsored athlete yet. I have a wife and two kids and a full time job. There’s not enough hours in the day for me to sleep 10+ hours. My gym has a kid center so we always have our kids at the gym. No excuses there’s just no time. Rich piana makes no sense sometimes he said " if im eating 12 meals a day im training 3 hours a day and sleeping 10 hours" let's do the math 12 meals but 3 hours of training is 15 hours assuming he's not eating while he's training, so 15 +10 is 25 hours, last time i checked there's only 24 hours in a day

  5. Yeah, and the person who said it was most likely a person who wasn`t dosed up to the gills on steroids!, anything that these steroidheads say should be taken with extreme caution !

  6. The Rock and Arnold both sleep for 6 or less hours. Yeah, they have the money for better recovery methods but you don’t need to sleep for 10 hours and I work 12 hour shifts. When the hell am I gonna sleep for 10 hours, plus lift, plus spend time with my family, plus meal prep?
