I like is demonstration because it show proper technique for someone with less mobility on the wrist and also is also larger knee stance and feet pointing outward more than when they tell you to do on other coaching site so now i can see i can copy is technique while before my wrist and feet would always be wrong from the standard i saw elsewhere online.

    As a clean, but no squat (nearly upright).
    hang clean
    Bar starts from thigh, knees, or shin and caught in a full squat.
    hang power clean
    Bar starts from thigh, knees, or shin, caught in a parallel squat.
