One thing people make mistakes is using 20k plates on the bent over row with the straight bar using 20k plates limits the range and you don't get the squeeze you would if you replaced the 20k plates for 10k ones yes you'll fill up the bar with 10k plates but the range and contraction will be greater meaning more gains try it
