  1. Have to say, I think this hydration thing is a bit of a myth. This minimum 2 litres a day thing that the government and certain health bodies put forward is actually based on no scientific evidence whatsoever. Most doctors now agree that we should just follow our bodies and drink when thirsty for optimum hydration.

  2. I drink a couple of gallons of water a day, which sustains me just fine.  Don't know why so many people seem to have problems with such an essential compound.  It has certainly never sent me off seeking medical attention.  I never touch the sports drinks.  Sugar water is not nutrition.  Every once in a while, I'll add a little sea salt to my water.  As you said, though, eating so much food to feed the muscle mass means I'm getting plenty of minerals already.

  3. Some people only pee like 5-6 times a day and act like you must have a slack bladder if you're peeing any more. Not true. Surely those people must be dehydrated and pissing bright orange pee every time.

  6. it's sad that I looked up "how to get stronger" and all that came up was pics of ripped guys. I am a girl and all of my friends at my school are focusing on losing wait. I really would like to get more muscular and everyone thinks I'm a freak for it.

  7. Your kidneys can eliminate about 5.3-7.4 gallons (20-28 liters) of water a day, but they can't get rid of more than 27-33 ounces (0.8-1.0 liters) per hour (14, 15). Therefore, in order to avoid hyponatremia symptoms, you should not drink more than 27-33 ounces (0.8-1.0 liters) of water per hour, on average.

  8. I pee every 20 minutes all day and wake up early because I have to pee so bad. I drink about 5 glasses of water and gatorade mix per day and 2.5 cups of decaf and 1 glass of almond milk. That is it. I don't sweat when I workout and I do an hour and 15 minutes 6 days a week. Cardio as well and no sweat. I guess I am not the norm.
