  1. @Athrun000 Isolation is key for any muscle growth. It allows the muscles to have the maximum amount of recovery. But I train abs about 3-4 times a week because of their unique functions and because they are a rapid re oxidizing muscle group.

  2. @loveeminembycarmen stop eating sweets haha…eat lots of foods with proteins and healthy carbs, lift with high reps, and do intense cardio for 20-30 minutes…remember diet is most important
