I recently designed a routine that is meant to help me with strength in different areas. So what better way than to make a workout that is almost “impossible” to finish. This routine was definitely, by far, my hardest tasks in the gym.


  1. I had 1 question, when doing an intense workout, should you be drinking only water before, during, and after (+ protein shake). Or should you be drinking something like gatorade during the workout?

  2. @TheLover Well for me I drink water ALL the time, even when I am not exercising, but i do make sure to give myself water breaks in between exercises. And I usually drink gatorade towards the end of my sessions.
