  5. lol @ people saying steroids are cheating. I guarantee even if you abused the crap out of steroids you wouldn't be half as big as these guys. They spend hours a day training along with 8-10 meals a day, no junk food, no alcohol etc. Sure, their balls might shrink a bit while on a cycle but they go back to normal size once they get off. Bodybuilding is a sport and a lifestyle no matter how you put it.

  10. I do trust this video. It is possible to make your workout sessions a lot more rewarding if you are having the correct foods to avoid fat and get you a well-defined body.
