Vegan Recipe for Vegan Bodybuilding – Build Vegan Muscle with this healthy vegan bodybuilding meal
In this video I show you a quick and easy raw vegan bodybuilding recipe that is a staple of my vegan bodybuilding diet. It’s a pumpkin seed recipe that is extremely versatile, it can be had raw, with a sheet of Nori seaweed to make a vegan tuna wrap – perfect for raw vegan bodybuilding, or it can be added to a sweet potato, pasta or rice for a filling, quick and easy vegan bodybuilding meal.
The ingredients are: Pumpkin Seeds, cashew nuts, turmeric, garlic, optional salt and chilli flakes, apple cider vinegar and nutritional yeast. Simply put all the ingredients into a blender, add 200ml of water and blend together.
This is one of my favourite vegan recipes because it’s so quick and easy to prepare. It is the best way I have found to make healthy natural vegan tuna. It is a staple of my vegan bodybuilding diet because it tastes so good and is so high in vegan protein. Pumpkin seeds are very high in protein, healthy fats, and other goodness too. But on their own, pumpkin seeds can be a bit bland. This pumpkin seed recipe is brilliant because of it’s ease, and the amazing texture it takes when blended with the other vegan ingredients.
When vegan intermittent fasting, it’s important to have a vegan meal plan that meets your micro and macro nutrient goals. I normally have this as a late vegan lunch recipe or a vegan dinner recipe, depending on what else is in my vegan meal plan for that day.
