    And you have already done it.

  2. just correction the grip you are using is alternate grip and hook grip is different. hook grip is used by olympic weightlifter(genrally) and the person who is demonstrating is not archig his back and in breathing part you are talking about core bracing. while you are pulling(jor lagana) you should hold the breath not breath out and by the way thanks for promoting these compound lifts . proud of you man but just some things i noticed .

  4. Sir im an ectomorph or jb bhi me gym shuru krta hu diet shuru krta hu around 2800-300 calories pr to kuch din baad vomiting shuru ho jati h kuch kha ni pata 5-7 din tk or phir sb bnd krna pdta h whats the solution for that

Bro nice video I wanna ask u its like said like if u continuously do the same exercises the muscles get used to it so after some time it has not that much effect on muscles that it used to be so should we change our exercises and like for much time we should do it and then change or like u did it all the years the same and no change ?

  6. The part about this video is how he's explained greatly about when to do the dynamic stretching and when to do the static stretching
    I'm also a personal trainer and I recommend the same to my clients also

  7. Bhaijan mjhy gym gai hue 2 weeks hogai hai almost cuz Mjhy deadlift krte hue lower back pe zor agaya tha aur ab 2 weeks hogai back pe pain horaha hai abhi tk but phele se pain kam hogya hai.. but me Kya karun abhi k Mera pain Puri tarhan khtm hojai k Mai gym Jana start krdun phr se ..
