  1. I love how you guys started from the very beginning, not just showing the stretching quickly, but actually the whole duration which takes time! She has a great physique she should have showed it off more and he should have showed his legs, I love a fit body, very awesome!

This program is the Holy Grail of fitness….for extremely busy people (like me) this keeps them in perfect shape without taking a toll on time and without even the need to go the gym….This program is the BEST hands down cause it is sustainable as it can be done anytime anywhere and with consistency….P.S I lost 14kg using this program alone!!

  3. Thank you Ashley for such a great detailed workout, I love it!! Thank you!!! I have a question, I had understood that you want to do the static stretches after the workout and the dynamic ones before your workout. I understood that the static stretches before doing your main workout would break down the muscle tissue which can make you weaker for your main workout. Is this not true or is it because you are using mostly bodyweight that you can do the static stretches which would get you more warmed up for the main circuit training? Thank you again for a awesome, short, intense, effective workout. You are the best!

  4. Holy shit, there's so much bullshit on YouTube about working out and fitness. this workout, stretch, warm up.. all of it was fucking terrible for the most part
