  3. Turned this video on……half way through video, I just did 20 push-ups after being in bed for 2 months after cancer surgery. Can’t wait to be training again. If you’re healthy and don’t train, you’re the “crazy” one for not living life to its fullest potential in body/mind/spirit. See ya’ll in the gym in a few weeks, I can’t wait to train again now that I’ve bathed in the fire. I’d rather die in a gym lifting till my heart explodes than being sick with cancer.

  4. Guy gets it. Dorian gets it. All these guys get it, you have to be fucked up to do this. Trick yourself into believing that the set is more than a set. Your mothers life is on the line, if you don't get 10 it's a wrap for her. Crazy I know but you can build some serious muscle by entertaining dark thoughts during you're training.

  5. I was trying to gain weight for 2 years and failed and then i began watching these videos and i have gained around 50 pounds in 6-7 months, my squat went from 200 pounds for 3 reps to 440 for 1

Man seeing these videos makes me want to train so badly, but sadly I have to take weeks off the gym maybe even months…was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis cause I was one of the few who trained to hard especially on leg days and cardio. I pushed my limits but in a negligible way. Once I can hit the weights again I hope be back with a smarter and hard mindset. I will continue to train harder AND smart. I am keeping my head and hopes up for my recovery. Thanks Makaveli

  7. You know whats trippy… about being serious about lifting( bodybuilding powerlifting or recreational) you go in there on your own free will and prepare to lift weight that normal people cant even comprehend. Its not normal to put 400 on your back and squat…or luft 500 off the floor for FUN
