  1. you can do shoulder presses seated on a flat bench if you want. If you notice when you use back support your chest will flare causing you to lift heavier weight but in doing this, you are performing more of a chest press than a shoulder press. Without a back support you can focus on your shoulders since you cant lean back on anything to use your chest in the movement. I said that in the video but maybe it was too loud in the background lol
