  2. Burning 1,000 calories sounds pretty awesome; that's nearly a third of a pound (a pound equals 3,500 calories) per workout. … Even if you do a full hour, and calorie burn varies from person to person, it's still the very, very, very rare person who might reach that peak.

  3. There is 881 cals burned by this workout. The others on the watch are burned by your body naturally by basic daily activities (waking up, walking to the bathroom, breathing). That's still a lot of calories, but it's not 1000 in a workout.

  4. Quick question. I've recently upped my workout from 30 mins to an hour and a half. Now that my workouts are more intense should I be eating more calories than I burn? Or burn more than I eat? Note:I only eat healthy and organic so no bad food.

  6. hey annabelle! i train my legs 3x a week and burn ~1,100 calories.(im also 5'6 but 110 pounds) how much do you think i should eat on my training days? i aim for 2.2k but i feel like some days its too much and other days its not enough. advice?

  7. Wow this whole time I’ve been doing cardio first then my weightlifting and during that I’d always be too tired to get through my reps I’m going to try switching it up and see how that goes…learned something new
