  1. Y'all honestly so childish. Making up excuses like "oh he filmed in a gym not at home" "oh this doesn't work look at his body" guys this guy has been doing it for years. Don't expect anything amazing in 2 months just using Dumbbells. I did a workout similar to this over the summer with no diet, I can say that my body is getting there I just need to incorporate a diet and I'll be in decent shape in a few months, grow tf up for do research. DO HARD WORK instead of complaining on ur asses on ur beds

  2. Biceps are the most overrated muscle in the human body, according to humans. The chest comes second. Core and legs are always underrated. Nobody likes to understand that you can't even stand properly if your legs refuse to withstand your weight…

  3. from cheap to expensive tools Gymastics Rings > Barbell + Plates > adjustable Pulley System and you can train probably anything. maybe get some easy adjustable dumbbells or if you have to much money to burn just buy an entire rack of m.

  4. the exercises he shows are very good, and you´ll see gains with right nutrition.
    But don´t think you will get this body only with home training, rice and chicken…. not even in 20 years.

  6. Hahaha this is exactly what i've done, bought 2 dumbells and im doing the exact same exercices, i gotta say this works very well for me , gained a lot of muscle mass in a very short amount of time but i do a full body workout 3 times a week
    training at home is the best, you save lot of time money energy and you dont get lazy over time
