  1. creio que em um banco com algum angulo seria muito mais isolado este exercicio pois neste jeito em pé o peso esta sendo pela gravidade mandado para baixo dai sera muito requisitado ombro biceps e anti braço no banco vc não recruta estes musculos intensamente
