  2. There’s is difference between olive oils brotha. The lighter one is olive oil also it’s just more for cooking and the darker is extra virgin doesn’t have a high smoke point and is more for flavor. Like the kind you dip your bread in

  3. Wow…I don't know how you can afford anything at all…. I couldn't, with my bynk account :)! Here in Slovenia, I buy chicken at like 7-9$ for a kg, beef cuts go for few bucks higher, but that is it. Oatmel is literally 60cents per pound 🙂

  4. here is a good tip. chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks are a great value. separate the meat and skin from the bones, put in a pot with some garlic, seasoning to taste, water, scrap veg and make a quick soup.

  5. Beef might be cheaper for some people but that's a really unhealthy way to get your protein in. Someone new to lifting might think they should start eating tons of beef during the week, which is very bad for the heart.

  6. This dumby buying pasta sauce… make your own my dude. Tomato paste + tomatoes (canned or fresh chopped) + spice to taste. Bam my guy, you’re set for way less than $2.50/serving.

  7. It sucks that shoppers are left to guess at the quality of the products we buy. And to base our decisions on how ‘authentic’ the product sticker looks on the bottle. 7:41 he’s choosing olive oil and has to assume more expensive is better. Big box stores need to implement customer reviews somehow. In app form or otherwise. So other shoppers know what to expect. To know if a $2 filet of chicken is meant to be a budget item or not. To know if a can of tuna is expensive due to its brand, species of tuna, or other quality based feature.

  8. Guys. lost lots of fat does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some tips now. Get a popular lose weight method called Custokebon Secrets (just google it). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I don't really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I'm just in a great mood right now so I'll share the wealth haha.

  9. I would also recommend visiting the local community markets, such as; Indian community, Muslim or Jewish communities and hit their local markets. You will definitely find GOLD OFFERS. I know I did.
