  1. Two things. Never squat without safety bars. Literally never do supinated grip deadlifts. Like why break these rules? What kind of a dum Fuck can’t follow such simple rules.

  2. Wow that last one… why try if you can’t even almost hold the weight without bones snapping then those piss poor spotters were gonna let the man die…. now he’s never gonna lift heavy again so he’s just another fat guy.
