Dumbbell Skullcrushers
3 sets – 12 reps
*last set to failure (6+- reps)

Underhand Tricep Pushdown (uni-lateral)
3 sets – 12 reps

Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
5 sets – 25, 20, 20, 15, 12 reps
*last set alternating until failure

Incline Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets – 10 reps
*go a lot lighter on this one.

Reverse Dumbbell Flyes
3 sets – 25, 20, 15 reps
*last set until failure, then switch to rear delt rows

  1. In incline lateral raise, dumbbell flyes and face-pulls , you do 3 sets , but in other video you do 4 sets , how should I program this ? , one week 3 sets , the other week 4 sets ? , amazing amount of work you put in this , huge fan.

  2. Only thing i ever heard was about 30grams of protein pr hour that the body can absorb, enhanced probably double, how much it actually holds true idk that was 20 years ago, but if it does makes sense with smaller frequent meals

  3. What is up with this guys shoulders? They are big in the front and the back but his shoulder on the top part looks flat. I look for well rounded but defined shoulders, this guy has nice shoulders but they are flat and not round.

  4. Why do you stay this lean in your bulking phase? Doesn't it slow down the muscle growth because you don't have all macros you need? How high of a body fat percentage do you have on/off season?

Obviously an open mind, because those types of EZ extensions are the best overall, but most don’t use these versions that are much better than skulls and less harsh on the joints, doing them as shown here with full stretch and slight cheats. Loose form is often better, for a couple of reasons. First, slight momentum helps avoid elbow issues, and the cheat helps here just as cheat curls are best for size. Impressive amount of weight used here, which assures maximized potential. Also like seeing him going to positive failure some of the time, or close to it in other cases. Huge laterals emphasis is what I have always believed in, ie the 70s/Schwarz laterals shown here at 820

  6. Unreal shoulders and back. I don't think you can get this big without roids.. Plus roids make you want to keep pumping, keep going and going like the energized bunny

  7. Bruh the reason ur triceps don't grow cuz there is no tension on them regardless of the weight change the excercise…i cannot see any contraction thus u need to change the exercise bruh

  8. I noticed a huge difference when I didn't lock my elbows out on my skull crushers, this lock down has forced me to work more with dumbbells. Also I did kick backs, but I went palm up…oh wow. I felt the tricep smashed. And I felt a great pump. Without the elbow pain. Which is a huge plus… Keep up the good work!
