  1. Remember when Brian asked Dorian the "what advice would you give to the twenty year old you"..His answer, "dont do so many sets".

    When one has such incredible genetics (which you have to have to get to the top), you not only do not need to do endurance workouts (too many sets), but you dont have to live like a monk either. Sure, there is a lot to be admired for such self discipline, but it simply is not necessary. Reg Park had a great approach. He advised that pros should never be less than 80% of their best. I know there was a lot different physiques back then, but the advice still is valid. (Yes, I know about the rebounding from various substances…but it is impossible to improve on your potential, artificially….not well known unfortunately)

    It saddens me (as a b/b coach for 45 years) to see the misunderstanding that you have to dedicate your life to body building. If you want to, so be it, but it is definitely not necessary. Training….I mean TRAINING takes no longer than 4 to 5 hours per week. Anything longer is endurance training. What are you going to do the rest of your waking hours? Get my point?

    One question I would love to get the answer to. Being as massive as he was, does he have the excess skin problems, as do people who have lost huge amounts of fat?

    I hear surgery is the only answer, and its a horror procedure (and quite dangerous) .

  2. It's all a big conning set up,dorian Yates and Lee priest are THE SAME PERSON. and everyone looks up to him (like I used to) but there selling a product and are just like actors with different caractors on there resamay and read from a script. Fact.
