  1. Could you demonstrate (if possible) how to make Rich Piana's real food supplement? Specifically the ground up process? He cooks the yams and sweet potatoes and then adds oatmeal in and grinds them all up? I know this is a stupid question but i'd LOVE to see how to make real food in person

I support your video… why else would I have chose to watch it… but two things to possibly take in, for advise: 1) please notate that the food cannot go directly from steaming hot off the stove INTO a plastic container, much less into a cold refrigerator. Many many bad things happen when you do this. And 2) when you tilted your bottom pot of water while explaining the steaming version — there is a ring of debris where the water was. You want to check your water to mineral ratio in your tap water.

    I only send this in loving support for healthy food prep and better ways to build on our body intake.

  3. I eat them Mexican style after a workout.
    Boiled sliced in a bit of water with cinnamon and those brown sugar blocks.
    I know sugar might not be 100% OK, but everything good so far.
