  2. red meat is the best thing for you. lmao. you should read some scientific studies. except sugar (and even with that it's debatable), it's the worst thing for you.

    btw, where are the vitamins minerals anti oxidants in this meal? almost none. fiber? nah hah.

  3. You have to realize that eating 1-3 of these sliders wouldn’t hurt you at all if you do the math for the micros. Don’t let the look of the meal fool you. Also keep in mind this isn’t meant for you to eat everyday and add to your diet.

  4. I make a similar version, only I use Zero Carb Bread from Aldi's toasted and Onions and Green Peppers sauteed with the beef, instead of butter, I use Miracle Whip…tastes just like Penn Station's except for the bread.

  5. Made this for they guys a few weeks ago (not for me, I'm vegetarian) and it was so easy, an instant hit! They requested it again tonight. Another meal for the rotation for them – thank you!

  6. Well that's me screwed then! 8 of those and I am maxed out on daily calories! I could eat that whole tray! But then I can't hate as the title says bodybuilding cheesesteak sliders and not diet cheesesteak sliders. Feeling super sad those won't be on my plate!
