  1. If it really took Branch retiring to see how good he looked, then how is it possible that he thought he beat Cutler in 2009. When 2009 Cutler was one of the best looks of any Mr. Olympia that ever lived. Fyi—-Branch thought he beat Cutler during and right after the 2009 show. Not just when he retired.

  2. I love bodybuilding to no end but I'm a musician first and I could not change the music I listen to on a daily basis. It helps me emotionally just as much as lifting weights. The two go hand in hand. Only way I could see It happening is I'd just get so angry that it would fuel my workouts lol

  3. Stan Efferding is shaking his head at Fouads opinion on sleep lol

Great content as usual. You putting time stamps in the descriptions makes it so helpful too, we can bounce back and forth between questions.

  4. I love how you finished the roast by actually being positive, good blokes. If you guys genuinely thought he looked shit then what does that say about the rest of us haha. Nice touch guys sick podcast.

  5. Hey Fouad, seriously not trying to be a smart ass, but you are also misusing the word 'SYMMETRY.' Incorrect definition at 8:36.

In bodybuilding, symmetry refers to things that are the exact same- whether in size, shape, degree of vascularity, etc. Symmetry by definition can only exist between things that are the same. So it is correct to say that someone's arms are symmetrical, or their chest is very full and symmetrical, or the feathering in the their right quad is symmetrical to the feathering in their left quad.

But different body parts CANNOT be symmetrical. Someone's legs cannot be symmetrical to their upper body. Someone's calves cannot be symmetrical to their quads. The term for such comparisons is PROPORTIONAL. So when referring to Branch at the beginning of the show, it would have been correct to say that early in his career his upper body was not PROPORTIONAL to his legs.

People always misuse symmetrical and proportional in the bodybuilding industry. Hope that helps even a bit.

  6. Question for the next B&B: How does Tren affect you guys psychologically and how do you cope with it? A lot of people tell crazy horror stories about it's potential effects on anxiety, dreams, etc. This question goes to all three of the guys but I'm especially curious about Fouad since he disclaimed that he was/is prone to anxiety.

  7. French fries, should be called Freedom fries because the French did not even invent that. And then I mean come on the French the last time they were weapons got dirty was when they surrendered LOL

  8. Mayo on steak!?!? Come on Ben.

Fouad must have nightmares of trolls chasing him.

And then there's James having a deep, philosophical conversation on the shitter with someone pooping next to him. Another great episode as always.

  9. Totally get the inconsistency when fats are low and carbs are higher. One day look really good the next look mushy, the next flat.

I run so much better on fats, energy stable and body composition just goes solidly in one direction or the other depending on total energy intake.

  10. Fouad/Ben/James, why are chicken legs or even chicken thights less eaten (or not eaten at all) among bodybuilders? They are much much much tastier (in my opinion), they contains more vitamin B12, little more iron/zinc and a little bit more fat as well (of course)… but what's the main reason? Also, food like beef liver. Contains tons of vitamins and iron and pretty much the same amount of calories like lean meat… I'm just curious guys!

  11. Sometimes I think Ben doesn't always get chance to finish his sentences which I know is not done on purpose, but his sense of humour is great and we miss what he's saying.

  12. Fouad’s ability to always keep his cool, laugh at himself and let people talk and say their opinions even if he disagrees makes him such a good host of a podcast

  13. People want to get roasted because they truly think they are huge in real life. They want you guys to be like "dang you're actually huge". They need to work on their self-esteem lol.

  14. can't believe how much you talked about shiting! I got a friend to listen telling her these guys know what they're talking about. She said they seem to be well-versed in the Fine Arts of shitting here shitting there shitting in the air but do they know anything about bodybuilding?
Do they know anything about drugs?
