  3. I dont know if you guys follow racing. But to get anywhere in racing career wise or hobby wise (kart, dtm, f3, f2 , f1) you'll spend 5 to 6 figures on a YEARLY basis and chances you break into the cream of the crop are very very slim. So there are indeed much much more expensive hobbies id say

I very weird when somebody say bodybuilding is suppose to be healthy and now is not healthy, I am always like that's just the same with every single sport, people somethink think a runner wouldnt die sonner even if he all drug free which is a big if, every single sport to extreme will harm your health, although I would say bodybuilding is probably more dangerous than table tennis for example

  5. Btw, KFC is processed chicken. They pump the meat with water, salt, and phosphate, like a marinade juice. That is considered processed by labeling laws. Btw, I process meat for a living,

  7. Wow what an amazing show and damn what a loss. I am 50 years old and I AM NOT the kind of person who can or wants to spend hours on a damn computer watching youtube videos! But here it is, I just sat and watched the entire 3 hours. I swear you two guys had something very special and now I am extremely sad and even feel angry that Luke is gone and I will never see him win the Mr O. Either way, we lost a great man and he will be missed but obviously God called him home where Luke can be at peace. God please be with and bless his family, loved ones and his children.

  8. As a fat guy trying to turn it around (300+ down to 270), Luke (rip so sorry to all we lost such an amazing human) hit it on the head. A lot of people just enjoy food more than being active or eating clean. I noticed in myself I was unhappy and depressed and since deciding to start dieting and training a lot of my mental health has really improved. I really have you to thank Fouad you’ve been a tremendous inspiration to me since finding your channel and hope to be confident enough to get roasted some day.

  9. Fouad, your are likely well past needing this information, but in response to “it doesn’t work with a band though, it rolls up the legs” you can put a knees sleeve on your shin over the top of the band (or heaven forbid wear and then roll down a long sock lol) and that will hold it in place.

  10. Its taken me a month but I’ve re-watched all BB&B for a second time…. this episode and next are going to be tough.

    Went to Kings yesterday, had metal on all day, witnessed James in person killing it, Luke’s still with us in spirit.
